I have an ancient v1 Jekyll and Hyde, and the light for one of the pedals goes a bit off, so I'd like to know if that were more likely to happen to a v2, bout to buy one 2nd hand

Wow, Honestly I couldn't tell a difference until seeing this. It's not huge but back 2 back it's noticeable.

@wayne5354 ....I have a V1 and it is,but the lush mode on the chorus is kinda nice..I use my delays in the effects loop...total trancperency on the V1 that way...if V2 is better I cannot tell ...

@J0HanSolo both are buffered. visual sound says the v2 has a better buffer circuit, in fact they say the best in the bussiness..

to me, v1 sounds warmer

nice comparison, thanks!

Nice demo. I have an original version which has a noticeable volume boost when the chorus is activated. Its kinda of annoying. Do you notice this on your pedal? If so, does the V2 one do it as well?

cheers. depending on where the width knob is set, yeah there can be a noticable volume boost, which i dont actually mind...as i mainly use chorus when i have my amp set on verge of breakup/crunch and when rolling guitar volume back for cleans...just to add a bit more body/shimmer.
and its pretty much the same on V2, with lush mode making it even more noticable/thicker

What song do you start playing at 1.37 and 2:15?

umm...both are the same progression...(F#m/G#m/C#m7 ???) with just different picking.
its an unintentional/subconcious rip off of Sting's English man in new york , but just in a diffrent key and/or madeup and played half assed!?
thanks for watching.
