Oh boy, are you in for a treat! This week's 360 spotlight is a bodybuilding legend in the UK and his hand-crafted Y3T (Yoda 3 Training) system is now sweeping the U.S. as the newest revolution in training principles.

  • eating at night is bullshit. Eat enough slow released proteins before you go to sleep and then sleep at least 8 ours straight. Your body grows while being in deep sleep and not that much when you are awake
