  • Hi Lisa, I love all your videos! I was wondering why your paints dont have lids in either setups, was it just for the video or do you always keep them open?

  • @MsPiinkiink Hi! I never keep lids on my paints. I find that it helps to save time. As soon as the paint goes in my kit, it never sees a lid again :)

  • Hi Lisa, I was just wondering if you have an opinion on the Paradise Prisma cakes. They look great, but sometimes I find that I don't use certain cakes as much as I'd hoped, or only part of it. Also have you tried the new FAB line from SF? I haven't heard any opinions on it yet.

Always love hearing your opinion. Thanks!

  • @havasmama05 PS and the rectangular TAG's that you bought are 50 grams, right? they don't look like they have as much paint as a 45 gram round. am I missing something? i love the shape as well. trying to decide if it would be worth it to spend a tad bit more for the rectangle.

  • @havasmama05 Yes, the rectangular cakes are 50g. You're right, looking at them side by side, the 45g rounds look bigger. I guess the paint goes a little deeper in the rectangular cakes. You can always buy the rectangle once, and then refill it with the cheaper rounds. I like the way the rectangles fit together, but I wish they were clear or black instead of white. The white makes them look dirty and a little bit cheap...

  • @havasmama05 Hi! I haven't tried the FAB line, but I should get a chance to play with them while I'm in Florida in a couple weeks, so I'll let you know what I think about them then :) I've breifly played with the Prisma cakes, and they seemed nice. They're nice and big. They applied well with a sponge, but I didn't get the chance to see how they do with one stroke. The cake with the rose and leaf colors looks like it would be a good one to have.

  • pleasee, do a giveaway of some of your products! haha im from argentina and it isn't good products for painting kids! this cakes are amazing! im in love with them.

  • hey lisa, i was wondering, when you buy your brushes, are they synthetic? cause i've got some martenhair brushes (sorry if translation to marten is wrong, i'm dutch), and they just feel too soft, it's like impossible to make nice and thin lines with it, because the hairs never decide to stay together and it's annoying the hell out of me. and i was looking for new brushes but wasn't sure about synthetics. any advice? (note that i can't buy the same brands as you since i live in europe)

  • Where did you get your paint?

  • i just found you and i love all the info you provide. i am just starting out and im trying to get my kit together what line do you reccomend? and I am very interested in buying some of your rainbow cakes.

  • Hello Lisa,

I've just watched your New Set up video, THANKS! I would be interested in purchasing your extra paints that you mentioned wanting to sell. I am a very new face painter.

Also I know you had mentioned in the prior video that you liked L C brushes. Where do you purchase them? I had seen them at Michaels but not lately. Thanks and I am hoping to learn more about face painting from you!!!

  • @lisajoyyoung thanks again! i can't wait to see you on FABA!!!
