man that power curve is all sorts of jagged and uneven, still made good power though, try and get another tuner to work on smoothing it out and letting out a few more ponies.

Cost varies but expect to pay 2000 or more to do it with correct well built parts and tune etc..

is that the bov blowing the dust off the shop floor? lol. isn't recirculation (not stock reciculation system) better for releasing and reusing the air?

the bov is a non recirculating bov... and i have never seen or installed a recirculated bov that was better at escaping air then a non recirc...
and that is the dump tube off the wastegate you are seeing..
