  • @shovonist No it hasn't arrived yet because I live in England and Jay said that shipping would take 4-6 weeks for overseas orders. I think I'm now in either week 2 or 4 :(

  • @shovonist Yeh he should! I just sent an E-mail to customer service again asking for a tracking number and Eric was really kind! I wonder why he is being rude to you? BTW Great video :) It has made me more excited for my box to come :D

  • @ROMANARMSTR0NG probably, but still its not acceptable the way Eric replied. I'm not saying that Sankey is rude or a bad guy, what I'm saying that he is should take action to resolve the problems created by his customer service.

  • @shovonist But I guess they are probably having a hard time at the mo with the release of slyder and All of the BABOM's arriving and stuff being missing and the frozen website. But I still don't see why eric an the rest of customer support had to be rude to. Let me get this straight though, was Jay himself alright or was he rude as well? I saw him at a lecture and he was one of the nicest guys I had ever met

  • @ROMANARMSTR0NG sure he was....because you didn't have any problem with the order, you just asked him about arriving of your BABOM. Sankeys customer service is completely F****up.

  • @shovonist Eric was very nice to me when I questioned why my BABOM was taking a while to arrive!
