Zappos Culture Book

CEO Tony Hsieh of Zappos.com recently sent me a copy of his firm culture book. I think it's just brilliant. When it arrived, I was so impressed, I grabbed a little camcorder and shot some video footage so that my clients could see what it looks like and consider doing something similar in their respective law firms.
