the longer version is : download Vdownloader or any download program that can download sound from youtube (add &fmt=18) after the sitelink of both parts, then adding them together with audacity are windowsprogram. save as mp3 and then your done. (okay i thing it wil take 50min first time) I think the soundtrack was a .wav in gta2 orginal (so you can't skip parts in it).

@GqFq The bass you're asking about is just a plain analog bass, maybe in octaves. But it needs the bass boosted around 50 Hz. Don't forget to filter it so you don't get the bright spectrum of the sound. Got any further questions don't hesitate to send me a message. 20 yeears music production and counting.
