The Tyler Twist is an excellent exercise for rehabilitation of Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Tennis elbow occurs typically as an overuse injury of the forearm extensor muscles from actions such as playing tennis. This video goes over a cause of tendonitis pain and a simple exercise to help the muscles strengthen.
I developed tennis elbow while jump roping as part of my exercise routine. I tried various rehab movements and the Tyler Twist was the only thing that corrected my problem.
