It is a B777-300ER. You can notice the new remote control, which is only found on this type of aircraft.

@TBloemink It can't be an A340. At 1:54 while it's showing the emergency exits, it shows that it only has 2 turbine engines. The A340 has 4 turbine engines. Judging by the look of the aircraft from the emergency exits view I am guessing that it is either a 777-200 or some sort of A330. But it cannot be an A340.

Flying scares me. It never used to; I was a travel agent and have flown from uk to new Zealand 3 times. Since I had my son i've developed a phobia of it......
