There is no excuse!
We can and we should have ARMORED, TRACKED resupply vehicles based on our trusty M113 Gavins that can move non-linearly, cross-country to sustain our tracked maneuver forces and empower them to use axises of advance that are unpredictable!

Many smart armies use tracked resupply...what's our excuse? What are we waiting for?
Here's an U.S. Army Command & General Staff College School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) report by Infantry officer, Major William Sutey on the need for cross-country MOBILITY (XCM) from M113 Gavin light tracked tanks to improve LIGHT INFANTRY FORCE mobility, protection and firepower.
