You only feel the Constitution is "flawed" when you don't AGREE with the MAJORITY it represents.

@Brdj010 Our free market has needed fixing since Clinton jacked it up. To be honest.... Obama can't make it too much worse, though he seems like he is going to.

@Brdj010 I only have 491 characters here.... The problem is, too many things are loosely defined and open for interpretation. Which is also it's strong point, however, it's design makes it difficult to add to in response to needed interpretation. HOWEVER it was designed TO BE added to. it guarantees our rights and freedoms which is the great part about it. But the constitution is also part of the reason that our govt branches are so inefficient. It's govt inefficiency I have the problem with.

@Brdj010 Just because it gives us our rights doesn't mean it isn't flawed. A long time ago it told black people they were 3/5 a person. Now that was ages ago im not saying that's the best example but BACK THEN they didn't think it was flawed at all.
