Attempted Assault in front of Child

his video depicts what happened following my attempt to visit with my 4.5 year old niece after having not seen her for over 2 years, with no explanation from the mother as to why she kicked me out of her life after having had established a relationship with her. On January 7, 2007 My niece's mother terminates the court ordered visit that Larkin had with his daughter as soon as she sees me approach and demands that I leave Burger King.
Her reaction to me wanting to see my niece is extremely alarming--especially since, after she left Burger King, she called her boyfriend whom then drove back to Burger King along with the mother (in separate cars). They waited in the parking lot until my mother, my brother and I walked to my mother's car. Here is what transpired. My niece is losing the sparkle in her eyes and was terrified of her mother as she screamed at me in the parking lot. Why this extreme behavior and seemingly lack of care of her actions and behavior? What are they trying to hide so badly that it brought them to this level of violence toward someone who is only concerned about the welfare of a child--a child in their custody and "care"? This all occurred with my niece in the back seat of her mother's car.
