Top Chef 2011

Muhlenberg Dining Services hosted a fast-paced "Top Chef"-inspired cooking competition as part of Reality MC weekend 2011. This fast-paced event sent teams of seniors into the Wood Dining Commons kitchens to prepare a salad, main course, dessert, and vegetarian dish using a secret ingredient. Shawn Doyle of the Savory Grille, Pamela Moschini of Muhlenberg Disability Services, and Robert and Ilene Wood themselves were on hand to judge the students' dishes. Watch as students navigate unfamiliar kitchen territory, race against the clock, and battle to become the Top Chefs!
