If you have the Wheel down try this pose, that has a mouthful of a name, for a deep backbend and shoulder opening galore.

  • Thanks, Chuckie. That's what happened when I told the stylist to give me a "trim." Next time I'll tell her just to graze it.

  • It kinda hurts the elbows against the wall and your head doesn't have much room when coming onto the top of the head at first.

  • I may be wrong about this, but it doesn't appear that the books (yoga blocks) do anything. Could you do this exercise without them?
