I've had CFS three years (plus), now. Crazy as it sounds, vitamin C in larger, slow release doses (or enough food with vitamin C in it) seems to make the greatest difference for me.
I'm glad you call it ME instead of CFS. It's a much more appropriate name. VE (Viral encephalitis) would be even better, IMHO.

oh my gosh you have a wounderful sense of humor with it. I have been suffering with this since January. what are some of the medications that have ben benificial to you? angelahallinan@yahoo.com Also have you ever had a crash that lasted for a few weeks?

I can't quite get away with Alzheimer at my age but I can get away with the "blonde" excuse. Everything you say in here is what I experience. I hadn't had a diagnosis yet but I hope if anything I don't have this, but with all my symptoms it's hard to ignore. I enjoyed this video and am looking forward to seeing more. I will keep you in my prayers =)

I space out while driving. I can drive for miles and have no clue how I got there. Like no memory of it. It's totally scary.
