I think that if I were to make a review for the movie, I'd say exactly the same things you did. The movie was amazing, I had this psychotic smile I just couldn't shake off during the entire thing, it was thoroughly enjoyable in every way. Unlike you, I had very high expectations of Heath Ledger from the trailers I had seen, but he still managed to exceed them. Brilliant, brilliant movie. I plan on seeing it at least once or twice more on the big screen.
He's right folks, DON'T WAIT FOR THE DVD.

Just saw this yesterday. Kicked me square in the nuts. I once read that a good screenplay should have a surprise on every page. This comes close. I would love to know the story of how Ledger got this role. He's just such a great (but weird) choice.
