In this hunting tip by http://www.muddcreek.com/ we talk about one way to stay warm or to cool down while hunting. Layering is one of the easiest and most effective ways to control your body temperature and avoid hypothermia or heat stroke. When we begin to hike up a mountain as a hunter we often may wear one heavy coat. The problem is that once our body temperature begins to rise as we work harder we can start to sweat and ultimately this can cause us to get too cold when we slow down. The best approach is to wear several lighter layers that we can easily add and take away from as we either heat up or cool down. Carrying a pack to hold your layers is a good idea.
