  • Hi Esther, do you think that doing yoga will help me finding out what my life is for?

  • I will come if you marry me Esther:)!

  • This video=Total WIN

  • Dear Esther, always love to watching your VDO and I practicing at least 3 times a week , I am wondering about why I gain more weight and also would like to eat after finished yoga?? hahaha, but also I have noticed that even I gain more weight and my body changed and firmed and still wear the previous clothes,,,, please kindly advise.. thank you!... Tawan

  • @goodvibes03 I'm a Christian, but I still do some yoga exercises. I think it helps calm & focus the mind, and there is the meditation aspect to Christianity as well, so I don't think it's so far out there.

  • i meditate often and it seems easy to me now, too quiet the mind, my mind, go into a space of emptiness though it can be hard because of all the things we identify ourselves as, perticularly the attention n emotions but i find it hard to do yoga, even though the times i have done yoga i feel a huge difference in my body and breathing, and the breathing is the key, the bridge in my opinion from silence and the body and the ..awareness within, u;lm so yeah i need to get rid of my laziness

  • Also reading the comments below, I saw someone mention that s/he watched a video telling her that 'yoga' is devils' exercise :)), etc.. and there were talks about beliefs into this and that ... the Buddha and Science and many ancient religions (that existed before the invention of God) teaches one thing: test all hypotheses before accepting any ... so yeah that applies to yoga too.

  • @islami1 I think you are referring to Glenn Black ...he wrote an article in New York Times recently, of course anyone can injure themselves doing any physical exercise.

He is a 'yogi' himself ... basically he gained some attention by shouting out loud (fear sells) what every yogi knows ... be humble, be mindful, listen to your body and not try to achieve asanas your body is not ready for.
