Polynesian navigator, Nainoa Thompson, shares some of what Hōkūle'a crew members need to know in order to become traditional navigators. These crew members are training for the Hōkūle'a Worldwide Voyage in which the Hawaiian voyaging canoe will circumnavigate the Earth using ancient navigation techniques.
