Read.. Delivering Happiness by the CEO of Zappos, Tony Hsieh. You won't believe such a work environment exists. I had to call their 800 number after reading the book. I started to become a believer then, but was totally won over when I journeyed out to Las Vegas to take a tour . They are an amazing service company, they treat not just there customers and employees well, but even their guest. Hope to emulate some of their best practices in my current customer service position.
