Mike saffaie bench presses 405 lbs weighing only 175. NO STEROIDS, NO PROTEIN POWDER, NO NOTHING. But I did have to use an elbow wrap on my left elbow becasue I got arm locked in a Jiu-Jitsu tournament and messed up my elbow.

  • I don't see how he can only be 175. I am 207 and 5-7" and im skinny as a rail he must be at least 230.

  • Go look at the other training videos and you'll see a better more clear image.

  • i can squat almost 3 times what i benchpress and I can deadlift 3 times what I benchpress. I can military press more than I benchpress.

  • I'm sure your a super strong person, I liked to bench press and do pull ups I dont do any other power lifting exercises.

  • sucks that u hurt your rotator cuff, i have a torn labarum tat was repaired surgically. ANd i have rotator cuff problem in my other shoulder.. I know how hard it is to lift weights with an injury... GOod job tho, ur still very strong.

  • @jdmeghatch If he bench pressed for years, he could get to 405lbs without steriods. It would just takes years.

  • @myksgrl in your demo videos you dont seem like one of thouse guys who'd go for weight - but tell me how did you reach such a high weight at such low BW how many times a week do you do benchpress?

  • if u study textbooks on anatomy and phisiology, Muscualr strength does not always come from size.. Good strength come from how fast the muscle fibers twitch, and how many of the muscle fibers are twitching.. Muscle size only has so much to do with it... Look at olympic lifters, they can clean and press or snatch 400 poudns over their head and weight 180..
