Three time speaker of The 21 Convention and star of The Community Tapes documentary series, Adam Lyons was once voted 'Least Likely to Ever Get a Girlfriend' in school by his classmates. Certainly great stuff but I don't really agree with the "choose a corresponding category" thing. Why would it possibly be good to completely avoid conflicts. There are certain situations in which tension is required to get good results.
