  • Many on forum have reported stalls akin to yours for NO apparent reason!Happens occasionally.Some note that you may be at a weight where your body spent a longer time in the past that created a pseudo set point & body has harder time passing one of those. BTW,fiber MOVES stuff, so I sincerely doubt the konjac contributing.I do find that Magnesium Taurate(I take 6/day) keeps me regular on this protocol:consider adding. Just keep on keepin' on, beauty!Blessed, healthy, prosperous & free be,Shalom!

  • Yeah, I know...but not having any stalls the 1st time sure spoiled me :-). But since I know I will be on this for 90 days...I'm not stressing too hard. It will all come off in time lol.

  • Im wondering if sticking to the original protocol vlcd diet would help...kind of get back to the basics approach....Just my rookie opinion. Im really not even qualified to give advice yet...lol.

  • Besides those miracle noodles..I DO stick to the original protocol. It could have been those...OR it could be my first real plateau that many go through while doing the protocol.

  • Smooth Move tea!!!!! One cup before bed, all will improve the next day.

  • I've tried that before and all I got was cramps ;-(

  • Mamacloc, I stagnate a lot, too... but a steak day sure helps every time. Also a good long walk, dancing or swimming is awesome to help your body. I am on my 4th month (lost 43 lbs) and I'll just take whatever loss I get. As long as I am not going up, I am happy. At least I am out of the aweful obese sizes... Keep the videos coming, lots of folks need the encouragements... you look fantastic!
