I an 12 and i can make it good tutorial but you can put somemore info abot it like how to make a handle for it or how to make it to where you can swing it but overall good tutorial and instructions Thanx ;)

@kevingg2000 Thanks for the vidio, made one 8 pass fist already w/ golf ball- came out great. About to start one with 1.5 inch ball bearing and manknot w/ lanyard as shown in other vid. 20' for fist then 12 ' of alternate color for lanyard correct?. I'll let you know how it comes out! Thanks for the jig idea, I've been making monkeys fist free handed for a year now and only its almost like 1 out of 5 will turn out straight with no twists or uneven distorted sides, I use 3/4 chrome bearings. You made this look like its a cinch :). Thanks for all the awesome videos, I'll definitely be sharing

Thyanks for the jig idea, helps w/ 8 strand. I would not start w/ at least 13-14' of 550 parachord! that is for the fist and 1-2 feet left for loop.
