COXIAL TRAP DIPOLE For 7/18 MHZ - HD VER.

My experience with Coxial Trap dipole antenna
Theoretical values do not work in practice,
I had to adjust the length of the antenna.
I had to reduce 44 cm length in the band 7MHz, SWR = 1.1on 7.065khz.,18mhz on the theoretical value was not changed, SWR= 1.6 on 18.000khz

How far does the end-cap effect of the rest of the dipole pull down the resonance of the traps? Should the traps be resonated higher therefore on the bench? What program did you use to design this antenna? - ww2w
