bullshit. that is a .22 or possibly a .117 caliber PELLET being shot at that armor. You can tell by the shape of the projectile and the slow velocity.

@legotheanimated We still don't spend enough money on education. All sorts of people are having trouble paying for their education, and we have some of the worst schools in the developed world.
We spend $700 billion on "defense." Where exactly has that gotten us? Bogged down in the Middle East in pointless wars? We're one of the most hated countries on the planet, and for good reason. We're woefully undereducated and overly aggressive.

@Makaveli25x Because the schools have definitely been successful so far. we currently spend around $30-50 bill on schools, and don't even try to say money is the problem. During the 1700's, there was almost no money invested in public schooling and kids still went to college at around 14 years old. FOURTEEN FREAKIN' YEARS.
It's not the money, it's the teacher's desire to teach and the student's desire to learn. We need to worry about influencing kids to want to learn instead of spending money.
