you suck. why would you eat that vegtable raft..theres no vale in it once yo cook it..all the nutrients are gone in too the consumme.
you should not be given bad advice like that..ask a fine dinning chef, or any chef for that matter,..

great video. Just a warning though.. you should not feed the leftover raft to a cat.
Even a small amount of onion can be fatal.. it disrupts the red blood cells and can cause kidney failure

Hi Roble, I want to try to make your consumme, which looks very delicious. My problem is that where I live there's no "allspice berry", will it make a big difference is I don't use it?
