I mistakenly said the deal was spend $40 get the bag for free. It was really spend $40 and get the bag for $15. Sorry! I got all excited and nervous about trying to not go over ten minutes with talking!!

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I wanted to test it a bit. No, it doesn't really stay on the waterline. I definitely have to reapply around lunch time. Personally, I don't think the product is worth the money. I am actually kind of disappointed in it :(

You should get the I love licorice Shimmer splash and the Twisted Peppermint Shimmer Splash. Also the Spiced Gingersnap lotion. They all smell amazzinggg!
