hey, nice one, yes your wrists will hurt at 1st, as if you think about it, all your body weight is on your hands and wrists at force, but they will strengthen with time, i do them on concrete now :D

Cool... start on a mattress, bed or crash matt, and practice rolling backwards, then get faster and faster, and then jump back into a roll with your hands at the side of your head. When you are ready just give it your all jump back extended your arms above your head and tense them as your legs come over... let us know
