Saw this in the Blind Beggar in Whitechapel.
Basically, the glass spins on a turntable whilst the tap coats the outer in ice cold water to cool it down. Then the light comes on and fills your pint automatically. It also chucks in some 'beer flakes' for good measure...Sweeeeet!!!
