CASA Training Starts February 5th.

CASA "Court Appointed Special Advocates" of Carson City will be conducting Volunteer Training beginning Tuesday, February 5th, 2008, at 6pm. The training sessions will be located at the Juvenile Court building, 1545 5th. St., on the corner of 5th and Saliman streets, in Carson City. Training runs 10 weeks usually from 6 to 9 pm on Tuesdays. Anyone who is coming from an agency or who is not planning on being a CASA volunteer but who wants to learn more about the child welfare legal process is welcome for the first two trainings.
