well said mate.. i totally agree with you.. if maia takes silva down i think he can submit him reguardless of weather silva is a black bet in bjj or not.

Hendo will probably get a shot again before Maia, which means Demian will have wait a while longer, especially considering Silva's flirtation with the LHW division.
This means another fight after Nate, probably with Akiyama.
I'd say Big Nog is the only fighter who is better at pulling guard than Maia.

Peguei mto bem a preocupação do Demian com a lesão do Ryan. Hoje em dia os caras só vão socando os outros e depois saem fazendo a maior bagunça e não estão nem aí com os outros. E ele foi até dar apoio.
Isso realmente não se vê todos os dias.

Sorry but if you are a fan of Maia you should know that Maia is on a different level from Leites. Maia is a complete grappler. He has much better takedowns than Leites. He pulls guard better than anyone I've ever seen. Maia has the tools and the balls to take Silva down. Maia won't lose on the ground. Not saying a Silva KO is not possible but Maia's BJJ is scary good. Dana white will feel forced to finally give him a title shot after he is something like 7-0 with 7 submissions. Just watch.

Honestly even though I would love to see that fight dont think Dana will make that fight happen. Not after the Thales Leites fight. But yeah man I agree with you 100% that Maia's BJJ is scary good. He is on a Whole different level from anybody. Im a BIG fan of Maia.
