(Sept. 8, 2007) ONBOARD THE USCGC BOUTWELL -- Interview with Joseph Klemencic, from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, about his job as the boatswain mate of the watch (BMOW). The Boutwell is currently deployed as U.S. Coast Guard representatives for the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF). hey you morons... im about to be 27 and will enlist as a non rate. im prior service army and guess what... if you are prior service enlisted in the coast guard you enter as an e3 no matter what... so stop assuming he has been in for 9 years.
