Edit : Just a thing, yes the rhythm section does sounds like 8 from Uneven Structure, it was a preversion of the ep version :)

A quick ambient metal track. Recorded with an Ibanez Apex-2 with EMG 707 pickups and a Stagg MB300 5 strings bass through a Line6 Pod Xt Live multieffects pedal. Ambient sounds played on guitar with Guitar Rig 3. Drums are from Superior 2.0.

The reason may be that 8 (the track) became Spring Fields with harmonies readjusted to fit to the EP :)
