The gas tank was full of rust. Kept clogging my fuel pump filter. Cleaned out all fuel filters and it runs fine now.

The engine sounds really good, I am guessing the squeaky noise at throttle is a bad belt or maybe the water pump bearings. My guess is that you have a fuel delivery problem. I bet the fuel pump is weak, builds pressure at start and then can't keep up with the engine after a couple minutes. Easy to replace. Put in a nice aftermarket pump with a cheap fuel filter in front of it (between the pump and the tank), and give it a go.

The squeaky noise is coming from the alternator pulley I believe. I wasn't building enough fuel pressure. I dropped the gas tank and it was full of rust. Cleaned it out and changed the filters and it holds pressure fine now. Still have some hesitations before 2,000rpms, but after that it revs and sounds great.
