I get what he is saying about the degense of marriage with states rights. But really something like that needs to be made legal in every state. You can't have like 10 states were its legal to gay marry and the rest illegal. It needs to be every state or else your limiting were gay people can move too and live. I guess eventually every state will come around but that takes years. So I feel gay marriage needs to be like aboration were every state it's legal and the states can't make it illegal.

I like Barr and am one of his supporters of what he preaches now but it's only fair to criticize his record when he indeed voted for the Iraq Resolution and the original Patriot Act. Members of the House had no chance to read it and there was no debate on the floor for the Patriot Act. So he should be criticized for voting for it.

Those in DC are addicted to power. They are high on it. Their judgment is tainted by it. They will use it when every the feel like it. They will get more any way they can. They did have a valid prescription, the Constitution but they have altered it unlawfully, making their perscription void. They need an intervention.

Partisan suckers need to remember...EVERYTHING starts by building blocks. We didn't abolish slavery overnight. Getting someone like Alan Keyes or someone like Barr elected takes paving the way...like Repubs took years to form...

Exactly. Only doing just that will the rest of America wake up and eventually begin to move to 3rd Party candidates and stop the corrupt PARTISAN shenanigans of the DEMs and REPUBS... I personally wanted Alan Keyes. But Keyes/Barr? Hmm?
