This year's conference, themed "Unashamed", is based on the verse in Romans 1:16, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek."

To be unashamed of the gospel is to proudly proclaim it wherever you are. Paul let nothing hinder him from spreading the truths of God's word, and today we also want to preach the good news in whatever we do.

This conference will be looking at how one can live evangelistically, even if he or she is not an "evangelist." Do you want to be a living, breathing, walking, talking message to the world? Come to this year's conference to discover how YOU can relay God's word to those you come in contact with every day, whether it's in your law firm, the hospital, your school, or your church.

GYC 2009 will be held in Louisville, Kentucky on the dates of December 30, 2009-January 3, 2010. We'll see you there!

  • This GYC was wonderful. All the people in Louisville, Ky. were visited from these Youth. The messages were very spiritual. God bless GYC and all the Ministry.

  • Fraudulent, psychologically destructive ideology here that separates it's followers from the rest of the human race resulting in a dogmatic, divisive, polarized, we/they, binary mindset.

  • @TheCosmicExtian Continued....As the time between the first chapter of creation, and the second chapter with Eden and Adam and Eve. Are separate events. There is no correlation between the two chapters as far as age of the world is concerned. The first chapter is something that was beyond our concept, and defines the initial thought process of making the ingredients for the earth, and universe. Separate from the Divine intervention story of the second chapter. Most protestants don't see.

  • @TheCosmicExtian Good to see someone who is delighted to have conversation. I was a SDA growing up, and A kabbalist Christian now. The only people teaching that the world is 6000 years old is mainly the protestants. If you look at the Hebrew and the fine writing of the Hebrew Bible, then you will find the first chapter of the creation story., is not physical but the spiritual/metaphoric. Thats how it was originally taught in ancient days. Basically the time in Genisis was not to be sought.
