These guys are still way better than any of the losers out there today that you hear on the radio. I've never seen a drummer play and sing his ass off at the same time like this guy. If he really is singing this, then why do they need a singer? Let Deen sing everything! Who cares if they don't have a "frontman?"

@perryisjourney No power. Deen is using all four limbs and singing on a fairly fast tempo version of this song, and he is not able to use a top of the line dynamic or condenser mic as Perry did becuase he can not hold the mic. Check out Deen on Mother Father-Deen has power and range

Does o.k. but no power in the vocals. Also lacks the richness and soulfulness of the originator. If this guy did his own songs he would do better but nobody can match up to Steve Perry, he is to unique in his voice and singing style.

I was amazed at Deen's voice....which was the main reason I decided to film these little videos (1G memory card doesn't hold much)...I did download a boot w/ JSS & heard Deen is now singing Open Arms & Who's Cryin' Now....sounds amazing.
