The first round of voting in Iraq was tainted by a number of terrorist attacks this morning. In India,a stampede broke out in a Hindu temple this morning and at least 63 died in the rush. Heading to D.C., a measure is expected to pass in the House that week that would give companies a tax break to hire new workers. Meanwhile, Michigan Democrat Sander Levin will repalce Charlie Rangle as the Chairman for the Ways and Means Committee.
