I like how easy you do the waveing in my case it takes abt an houre to just finish waveing..how much distance/inch do you keep between two foiles? How do you get speed in H/L? Thank you. :)

@Bobbiinbeauty The spacing varies from person to person. If you want a lot of highlights, you would use more foils. Your speed will come with practice:)
