  • @IanJWillows You wouldn't believe how much my pelvis doing that annoyed me when I watched this back. I actually started doing exactly what you suggest, that is stopping a couple of inches before I did here which did in fact help the lower back rounding a bit, but we're going back a few months now. Feet were reasonably wide if I remember correctly.

    For what it's worth this was my last set of five. I forgot to record the first three sets so they could have been better for all I know.

  • Hi Joseph, ive had a look at this video of you back squatting. You can see at the bottom of your squat your pelvis tucks underneath making your low back flex. I don't know how wide your feet are? If your feet were wider this would allow better range of motion, although, you should probably stop on the descent just before your pelvis starts to move.
