Very interesting! I've wondered for quite some time how a MIDI file might sound if dubbed onto a wax cylinder; now I know.
Although I don't think I'd ever mistake this for a recording of a live performance, your announcement of the title at the beginning of the cylinder certainly does lend an aura of authenticity to what follows.
Do I read right in that you actually make your own wax recordings? If so, that is seriously awesome! I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some type of equipment to play old records/cylinders, but only as a hobbyist.
