@channel4squares1 I have no idea if there is a version without the lyrics and I'm unable to do the 2008 Eliminator soundtrack as they never released a 2008 soundtrack on CD. Sorry about that.

I'm with the others, I wish there was one without the so-called singing. All I can hear is the back of someone's throat and some really poor lyrics.

AFAIK there isn't a clean version of this track without lyrics, which is a real shame as the lyrics are terrible, and The Eliminator is one of the best BGM tracks from the series.
