Remember, practice the hands separately and memorize at least one hand before you try to combine them. Do this every couple of measures for the best results. I also find it beneficial to memorize the right hand-then incorporate the left hand. . .

It takes a little while to annotate all that, but it is more enjoyable, at least for me, then showing finger by finger every damn note ;)
