That's a really good first effort on rollers! Starting out, you don't feel like you want to ride fast, but that's where the stability comes from. Riding as slow as you do (11-12mph) and staying up is a _real_ challenge, and doing it on your first time out is impressive.
You can see the bike jumping as you start to spin faster - with time and practice your spin will smooth out and you'll be able to pedal that fast nice and smooth.
