could be but watch Saju's video, where the vocals die out in time to when he bows down which suggests it was a live recording. the mic is probably configured for recording in that environment and the sound engineers did the rest.

Yes it is but all audio recorded at the studio,unfortnately in the studio there is no pakhi other than those female singers.And i think thats not rain its all fog i guess
