Best Proposal... EVER!

"Collide" by Howie Day is my fiance's favorite song. David Stal from USC's Reverse Osmosis arranged an A Cappella version of that song. The Players from Casady sang backup for me while I sang to her. I proposed to her during the bridge. She said yes. Thanks again to David Stal for all his help on this project, and to the amazingly talented students of Casady School!

***UPDATE***

Delana and I got married Friday, October 3, and the kids sang this song as she walked down towards the lake. She looked beautiful, and the Casady Players sounded amazing! It was the perfectly magical night. Thanks to all!

To my beautiful wife Delana, and my precious daughter Mackenzie, I love you both so much! I'm the luckiest man alive, and I have you both to thank for it!

@wadyano Hahaha...genetic profile? Didn't break that one down for you. My wrath...that's funny. The word dad is not what provoked the WRATH (said in my best menacing voice), it was the backhanded ensenuation that we somehow failed to get married before we had a child. Which is not the case. My marital history is pertinent to my life now. It is what led me to where I am and i'm thankful for that.

I didnt asume anything, and didnt need your marital history or your baby's genetic profile. Veg TOLD ME he was her dad, you are her mom, you are now married. i thought it was sweet. That's all!! i HONESTLY didn't think any more deeply into the matter than that.when people call my husband my daughter's dad, i don't jump down their throats with a family history. i smile, and thank G-d she now has a dad worthy of her. i never imagined the word "dad" could invoke such wrath. you have alot of anger

@yougosquishnow I don't spend my time wondering what other people do. I just saw your response and my reaction was if someone said that to me in person I would not hesitate to tell them how inappropriate that statement was. If you want to compliment someone, just say it. Nothing wrong with saying you enjoyed to video and he was awesome at creating such a sincere proposal.

@wadyano Wow...do you know how to read? I jsut said "my husband is our daughters daddy", don't need you to confirm that as your response to my reaction to your insensitive comment. I was married to her sperm donor and he chose to abuse her. So, needless to say I don't like it when people assume they know how and why my family is the way it is.
