how does the 4 speed work out is it good?

I really like it. As stated in a few other videos we take lots of rides to Halsey, which has LOTS of sandy trails, deep soft stuff, having taller gears makes with all the torque the RMZ has, make it so easy to power through a tight corner rhythm section and not have to shift. twist it fast enough and the front comes up in all four gears.

Probably slower top end than a 5 speed, but i didn't buy this bike to drag race.

What is the second little black lever on top of the clutch?

That's a hot start lever for the carb, leans the mixture out to make starting easier when the engine/ambient air temp is hot. Makes a world of difference when its 90+F in NE
