It's not just about longer wait times. It's about losing our fundamental freedoms. There's no legitimate reason why people shouldn't pay for their own health care. It's the whole entitlement mentality that is going to bankrupt this country.

my god this is stupid, so are people from the USA(by the way, why do everyone from the USA call themselves America?? ,,,,,, allmost all of Europe has a free healthcare if something happens to me,, I go to hospital, tell whats happened then I get treatment, then I pay about 20 US dollars for it, no matter what it is. @howtogetwell and we've had government healthcare since the mid 70s or late 60s when Lyndon johnson passed the Medicare and Medicad so 40 years basically... how are those working out? We're not trillions in Debt from those are we? @howtogetwell I'm an accounting major, I think I know about taxes and businesses. Maybe. Just Maybe I do. and My facts come from the Government themselves where do yours come from ..your ass? ever heard of a 1040? Yeah its called Income Tax and maybe the on average 40% taxes on corporations might contribute to the tax revenue also... but what do i know? I wish every dollar did come from consumers that would be called a FAIR Tax which i advocate

When I buy an Apple computer, do you think just maybe that the money i pull out of my pocket is where Steve Jobs gets the money to pay his taxes????????? The consumer pays ALL TAXES!!!!!!!!!!. The apartment renter pays the real estate taxes, the sewer taxes, and even the tax on the alcohol served at the landlords Christmas party. Every dollar of income and tax comes from the pocket of consumers!!!!

Complaining about "government controlled health care" We've had government controlled healthcare, or rather "sick care", in the USA for more than 50 years!!!!!!!!!!I  If a doctor uses treatments to heal people instead of pushing symptom masking drugs for the pharmaceutical industry, the government (FDA) takes his license. American doctors learn theit trade in pharmaceutical controlled medical schools and are nothing more than pill pushers. They prescribe high price pharmaceutical drugs like candy.
