the second time the full ultra lannds...

Lol everyone was wrong. It varied because you hit with the 2nd hit of the f.srk instead of the 1st.
-
You waited a little longer when you crumpled him to do the ex shoryu.. resulting in airbone state.. so full ultra
-
I'm guessing that you cancelled an EX shoryu in the second take, causing the dash to come out faster?
-
he canceled one
-
nice

@Mienaikage well, anti air HP shoryuken juggles into ultra (counter hit as well, since it launches on the first hit rather than the second). When a FA crumples someone and they are almost falling down, that's technically an airbone frame, as ridiculous as it is XD.

The answer is the last dragon punch that was canceled was an EX. when the dragon punch is standard, you don't get the full animation.

@Skorbutt They aren't hard, it just takes practice. I know you comment is 1 month old, just sayin'
-
@Skorbutt because sf4 sucks so hard
The FADC from the second fierce DP in take two was quicker, im guessing that resulted in the Ultra being a clean hit.
Not a frame counter kinda player but that's just what it looked like.

@egg64 Not quite right, you have a good eye though, and the answer is related to why the FADC was quicker ;)
